Understanding Generational Differences in Nursing with Richard Wilson
Dr. Wilson serves as the Assistant Program Director – East Coast of Ursuline College with Somnia Nurse Anesthesia Program. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine with a Masters in Nurse Anesthesia in 2006 and Medical University of South Carolina with his Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice in 2022. In 2023, Dr. Wilson was selected as a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology and recently elected to serve on the AANA Leadership Identification Committee and as a Social Media Ambassador for the AANA. His scholarly work includes publications in the AANA Journal and JOPAN along with authoring a chapter in Nurse Anesthesia. He is a mentor to future CRNAs through CRNA School Prep Academy and he continues to practice clinically primarily in neurosurgery and orthopedic trauma specialty cases.
